A client approached the firm to design and permit an Accessory Dwelling Unit in SLO. I was tasked to manage the project at the DD, SD, and CD phase all under the supervision of Chris Allen. The client tasked us to design a unit that is contemporary, 1000 sq. ft., and four bedroom unit. I was able to design the unit and manage communication to the client or consultants to have a built project.
